The e-shop www.messiahclothing.gr delivers its goods all over Greece via ELTA COURIER. Shipments to foreign countries, especially large volume shipments, are carried out through a transport company of the customer’s choice.

SHIPPING COSTS
Order pick-up at a MESSIAH CLOTHING store is free of charge.
Orders shipped within Greece, regarding ready-to-deliver products, are subject to a shipping cost of € 5,00.
The shipping costs: (a) for orders abroad regarding ready-to-deliver products and (b) for orders within Greece or abroad, regarding custom-made products, depend on the weight and size of the packaging in which they are shipped. They will be calculated after the order is finalized, after consultation between our business and the customer and the transport company of the customer’s choice.
With regard to orders from abroad, due to the particular tax regime prevailing in each country and the interstate economic agreements in force, there is a possibility of additional charges. We will make every effort to be informed and include these charges in the final price. Unfortunately, this is not always possible and therefore we would like to draw your attention to the fact that additional charges are not charged to our shop.
All prices on www.messiahclothing.gr are quoted in EURO and include VAT.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are delivered every day except weekends, holidays and general strikes.
With regard to ready-to-deliver products, the delivery period of the goods within Greece is defined as 2 to 5 working days from the day of receipt of the order, except in cases of products’ unavailability. The delivery of the goods abroad is specified as 10 to 15 working days from the date of receipt of the order, except in cases of delivery to remote countries or of products’ unavailability.
If any of the goods ordered is not immediately available, your order may be delayed beyond the above reasonable period of time until the item is found.
With regard to custom-made products, the delivery period is set by agreement between the company and the consumer. The average delivery time for such orders is 10 to 15 working days and may be adjusted depending on the will of the parties, the volume of the order and the shipping address of the products (e.g. foreign country).
The delivery period starts with the payment of the total amount of the order, as defined in the terms of use, and in any case after the completion of the order, if there are any modifications to it (e.g. redefinitions of dimensions, colors in the logo placed on the cape, etc.).
GENERAL INFORMATION
Deliveries are made during the delivery hours of the partner courier companies in Greece and abroad.
We provide the opportunity for customers to track the progress of their order through the delivery code of the respective courier company, which will be communicated in an informative e-mail confirming the delivery of the order from the e-shop sent to the customer.
In order to complete the provision of the service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary data to the respective courier company (name, address, telephone number) in order to complete the delivery.
In case the delivery details entered in the form are not correct, www.messiahclothing.gr is not responsible for non-delivery.
To receive the order, the customer will show the respective courier company the confirmation of the order (order code) and the notification of shipment, as well as an official identification document (e.g. identity card or passport). In case the partner carrier cannot find the customer to deliver the order, they will deliver to any person living with the customer. If the customer wishes to authorize a third person to receive the order, then the third party must show a special authorization to receive the order in question with a certified signature and an official document necessary for checking the identity (e.g. identity card or passport).
Our company makes every effort for the timely and proper delivery of orders placed through the e-shop, however we reserve the right to delay the delivery of your order in case (indicatively), that: (a) the product is found to be defective during quality control and a replacement product must be found or a reprint must be carried out (e.g. of the logo placed on the product ordered), (b) there is an event of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any other event outside our sphere of influence and control, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order, (c) there is a shortage of sufficient stock.
