GENERAL INFORMATION
If you decide to return any product purchased from www.messiahclothing.gr, please let us know by email at messiahclothing.greece@gmail.com or by phone at (+30) 697 488 4216 with the following information:
- What is your order code.
- What products you wish to return.
- What you wish to be done.
Requests for returns, changes or replacements for ready-to-deliver products are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Thereafter, the return of the product to the company must be made within 14 days of the date of the request for change, return or replacement. A full or partial return, exchange or replacement of the product in the order can be made. For the return, exchange or replacement of the goods, the value indicated on the purchase receipt will be taken into account.
A condition for return, exchange or replacement is that the goods are returned by the customer in exactly the same perfect condition in which they were received, undamaged. Their packaging must be the same which normally accompanies the goods in perfect condition – with all labels on. Products to be returned must be accompanied by the original documents/receipts (e.g. retail sales receipt or sales invoice, exchange card or promotional gift) in case of a total return of the goods of the order or a photocopy of the accompanying documents/receipts in case of a return of a quantity less than that of the purchase.
Products that do not meet the above basic requirements will not be accepted.
Products that have been manufactured according to the specifications set by the customer or have been clearly personalized (custom-made products) and any product that the company does not have in stock in its warehouse and has been ordered for a specific customer upon request, will not be exchanged or returned. The product designed and ordered by the customer at www.messiahclothing.gr (e.g. in the case of an order for a custom premium cape with the customer’s logo) is completely as the customer wishes. The e-shop www.messiahclothing.gr in no way interferes with the content created by the customer. This means that it is the customer’s responsibility to check the product before ordering and correct the following:
- Spelling, grammatical or editorial errors on the client’s logo.
- Design issues, size, organization, style, colors and layout of client’s logo.
- Any other creative choices made by the client.
RETURNS TO THE RETAIL STORE
Returns of products that have been purchased through an order from the e-shop can also be made at the retail store of our business in Chania, with the possibility of: (a) exchanging products goods with others that are available in the store and/or (b) issuing a credit note of a value equal to the value of the returned products, as indicated on the receipt.
RETURNS BY COURIER FOR ORDERS IN GREECE
You can exchange the purchased products with other products or you can issue a credit note of the same value as the value of the products you wish to return. In that case, the returns of the products and their reshipment to the consumer, is free of charge for the first exchange.
If the customer wishes a second change and so on, then the consumer is charged the shipping costs for each additional change.
The products shall be returned by courier via ELTA Courier to the address of our business in Chania, 65 Parigoria Street, 73100, tel. (+30) 697 488 4216.
In case you choose a carrier other than ELTA Courier, you bear the return cost and we cannot provide you with any guarantee for the delivery times of the products you return to us. Also, we do not guarantee the safety and insurance of products returned via other carriers than ELTA Courier.
Also, if the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, where the monetary value of the products will be returned, then the costs of returning the products are borne by the consumer.
SPECIAL CASES:
(i) Return of products for a change of size/color/design
This concerns orders of ready-to-deliver products in Greece.
If you wish to exchange products with other products (change size/color/design) then the return of the products and their reshipment to you, are carried out without charge, for the first change.
If you wish a second change, and for every subsequent change, you are charged with the shipping costs.
We do not guarantee the availability of the products in the size or color or design that you wish and have stated during the return request. The commitment of the new products will be made once we receive the returned products and not at the time of the return request.
If there is a monetary difference in the value of the returned products compared to the value of the reshipped products, then this will be paid as follows:
- If the value of the reshipped products is higher than the value of the returned products, you will pay the value of this difference.
- If the value of the reshipped products is less than the value of the returned products, then you will receive the value of the difference by means of a credit note.
(ii) Return of goods to issue a credit note
This concerns orders of ready-to-deliver products in Greece.
It is possible to return products and refund the value of them by issuing a credit note of equal value.
The issue of the credit note is carried out after the receipt of the products by MESSIAH CLOTHING and their inspection to confirm their excellent condition.
The credit note is sent by email to the consumer’s email address.
The credit can be used within one year from its issuance, either on a subsequent order at www.messiahclothing.gr, or for the purchase of products from our store.
(iii) Return due to incorrect pricing of goods or incorrect shipment of goods or shipment of goods that are proven to be defective
This concerns orders of ready-to-deliver products and custom-made products in Greece.
Changes of defective products due to factory error or other defects in the production process are made at the purchase price of the products within one month.
Once we receive the products you return to us (after checking that it is in its original condition and confirming the incorrect shipping/pricing on the part of the company or the factory defect of the product), you will be notified in a reasonable time by www.messiahclothing.gr of the progress of your claim.
In case of return of products due to incorrect shipment/invoicing or a confirmed factory defect, if the customer wishes a refund, this will be made without charge to the customer, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return.
In the case of a return of products, due to a confirmed factory defect, which is repairable, our business undertakes to repair it, if the customer wishes and under the additional condition that such repair does not entail disproportionately high costs compared to the replacement of the products.
(iv) Withdrawal – Refund
This concerns orders of ready-to-deliver products in Greece.
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without justification within a 14-day period from the date of receipt of the products, which can be returned to the company via ELTA Courier.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is also required that the products have not been used, are in perfect condition as received, without damage, without any defect (without prejudice to the return of defective products), complete, in their packaging and accompanied by all the necessary documents.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment and will be completed within 15 days from the date that MESSIAH CLOTHING receives the returned products.
During the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return of the goods will be made exclusively via ELTA Courier, with place of delivery at 65 Parigorias Street, Chania, 73100, tel. (+30) 697 488 4216.
RETURNS BY COURIER FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, the cost of returning the products is borne by the customer.
The refund of the monetary value of the returned products is made in the same way as the payment was originally made.
The products should be returned to the address of our business in Chania, 65 Parigoria Street, 73100, Tel. (+30) 697 488 4216. For this reason, the return should be made by courier.
However, in cases of incorrect pricing or incorrect shipping of products as well as in cases of shipping proven defective products, the return cost is borne by MESSIAH CLOTHING and credited to your bank account as soon as we receive the goods you return (and as soon as we examine them in detail to confirm the defect or incorrect pricing / shipping).
Otherwise, the above mentioned policy for returns by courier for orders within Greece applies.
